Reef cleanup is important to help our reefs survive.
Please remember these tips.

Never PULL fishing line - move towards it and gather and cut when necessary while always maintaining neutral buoyancy.
Sea Snips are a must for every diver and you may purchase them at Wet Pleasures or your local dive shop!
Also, make sure that your nets, catch bags or anything else attached to you is not dragging on the reef and causing further damage!

Club Meeting September 13 , 2008

The next club meeting will be Saturday, September 13 at 7pm. Location will be at Lynora's, 5077 3rd Road, Lake Worth, FL 33467. Social Hour begins at 6:30PM and the meeting will start at 7:00 PM. Remember to BYOB and bring a dish or snack to share! We will be discussing our biggest event of the year, the International Coastal Cleanup and Shark Preservation followed by Monster Volleyball. Club Charter Dive August 31, 2008

The next club dive will be on Sunday, August 31st. We will be diving on the Starfish Enterprise in Lantana with an arrival time of 7:30 am, 8:00 am departure. Please contact our Octopus Lynora at (561) 707-0000 or by email at RioNora@aol.com for availability, but remember, you must stop by Wet Pleasures Dive Outfitters and pay to confirm your reservation.
